...Throughout this album, Eastern Standard demonstrates the highest standard of cahmber ensemble playing. Intonation is impeccable, technical passages are extremely tight, and Lucas and Collins blend their sounds nicely. Their well-executed phrasing is especially effective in the slow movements.

Lucas shows great flexability and facility in her playing, with a consistently rich sound in all registers. The range of styleson this album is astounding, and she executes all of them to great effect. There is some gorgeous high, lyrical playing in Wiggins.

Every track of this album is a listening pleasure. The compositions, performances, and production are all first-rate.
